Delivery:
The order will be delivered to your address as soon as possible, normally within 2 to 10 days after we received the order. If you order have any product we do not have on stock, your order will be delivered when all products are on stock. In some cases products are not available or will take more than 14 days to be delivered, in these cases you will be contacted.
Transport fee:
All orders from Madrid Communidad will be delivered to your address by us. A transport fee will be added accordingly to following rules:
If you live in Madrid centre, the fee is € 5,- on all orders under € 35.-
If you live 15-25 km from Madrid centre, the fee is€ 10,-on all orders under € 50,-.
If you live 25-34 km from Madrid centre, the fee is € 15,- on all orders under € 80,-.
If you live more then 35 km from Madrid centre, the fee is € 25,- on all orders under € 130,-.
All other orders in the rest of Spain and Europe, will be delivered by a transport company, all expenses will be paid by the customer.
